At Playhouse 1960, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, welcoming, and magical theatre experience. To ensure the best environment for our performers and audience members, please review our patron policies below:
Ticketing & Seating

All tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be offered when available.

Please arrive early—late seating may not be guaranteed and is at the discretion of house management.

Reserved seating is honored; please sit in the seat listed on your ticket.
Arrival & Curtain Time

The house typically opens 30 minutes before showtime.

Performances begin promptly. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate break to be seated.
Photography & Recording

The use of cameras, video equipment, and recording devices is strictly prohibited during performances.

Flash photography is disruptive and not permitted at any time.
Cell Phones & Devices

Please silence or turn off all cell phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices before the performance begins.

Texting during the show is distracting to performers and fellow patrons.
Concessions

Concessions are available before the show and during intermission. We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.

Food and drink are not permitted inside the theatre unless otherwise noted.
Children & Families

Playhouse 1960 is a family-friendly theatre, but not all shows are suitable for young children. Please check show ratings and content advisories before purchasing tickets.

All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Conduct & Courtesy

We strive for an inclusive and respectful environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

Please show courtesy to the performers and to those around you by keeping conversations to a minimum during the show.
